About Thai Dragon

Thai Dragon peppers are larger version of standard Thai chili, offering same intense heat (50,000-100,000 SHU) in slightly bigger package. The peppers point upward like dragon’s tongue, hence the name. They have bright, clean heat with fruity and floral undertones. Popular in Thai, Vietnamese, and other Southeast Asian cuisines. The plants are compact and very productive, producing dozens of peppers. Excellent for drying and grinding into flakes or powder. Beautiful ornamental value with colorful fruits.
