About Habanero – White
White Habanero is rare variety with pale white to light yellow color. Despite unusual color, it packs same punch as other habaneros (100,000-350,000 SHU). The flavor profile is similar to orange habanero with pronounced citrus and floral notes. Some describe it as slightly more citrus-forward. The pale color makes it perfect for white or pale-colored hot sauces. Very rare commercially but increasingly available to home growers. A conversation piece that delivers full habanero heat.
