7 Pot Douglah (also called Chocolate 7 Pot) is one of hottest chocolate-colored peppers. Rating 923,000-1,853,396 SHU, it’s named ‘7 Pot’ because one pepper can allegedly spice seven pots of stew. The dark chocolate-brown color is unique. Beneath extreme heat is surprisingly complex flavor with floral and fruity notes. The bumpy, wrinkled appearance is distinctive.
